Nutella just settled a class action law suit for Three Million Dollars! It appears like consumers of Nutella were victims of false advertising! The claimants of this class action law suit said they thought that the chocolate spread was nutricious based on advertising. When in face the spread had 21 grams of sugar per serving with halp of the servings 200 calories coming from fat! So Nutella is going to pay out $3 Million in increments of up to $20!
